Hello and thank you for visiting MagiCore. Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to be a teacher. I taught second through fifth grades in Florida and Rhode Island schools for over a decade. My colleagues and I struggled to find standards-based resources. I started MagiCore as a way to share the resources that I had created to help my own students succeed. Many of my resources are leveled. Leveled passages make it easy for teachers to scaffold their instruction and differentiate lessons. I am always looking for new ways to engage students and help every student achieve their best. I live in Ponte Vedra, Florida with my husband, daughter, son, and two dogs.
Magicore believes that teacher created resources can revolutionize education by empowering educators and inspiring student success. Our resources challenge students to think critically and engage students while promoting meaningful skill-based learning. We develop resources that target the skills & strategies beneath each standard, so they are perfect for teaching, developing, or refining important concepts regardless of whether you follow Common Core or state-specific standards. Our resources are designed with inclusivity in mind to increase engagement, encourage acceptance, and provide every student with the opportunity to see themselves in their materials. Our mission is to provide teachers and their students with resources that are meaningful, high-quality, engaging, and effective.
