Unlike a physical product like a pair of shoes or a book, you can’t really return a PDF, Word document, or other file once you’ve downloaded it. For that reason, all sales of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.
MagiCore Academy users can cancel anytime. Users who cancel paid subscriptions will have access until the end of the paid subscription term. We do not refund or prorate canceled subscriptions. Once you cancel, your account will be downgraded to the free tier, giving you limited access to the content. Pre-cancelation student response data may be deleted.
