Wonderful resource for my students! Would use again!

I used this to supplement our measurement unit out of our math book. Our book is really frustrating to use because I would be grading 28 different sets of answers for each page. Therefore, I bought this and haven’t looked back. The mini quizzes built in are awesome too.
Nancy W. –
My students often don’t perform well on standardized tests in the area of measurement. This resource is a great way to review the curriculum.

Great resource, don’t get me wrong, but I do have one important thing to point out – I purchased this resource mainly for 2.MD.5 in hopes of attaining addition AND subtraction word problems. It should be noted that this resource ONLY contains SUBTRACTION word problems. Bummer that I spent $ on it and now have to go find something to supplement the addition.

This 2nd Grade Measurement Math Unit is a complete, well-structured resource that makes teaching measurement clear, engaging, and standards-aligned. It thoughtfully covers units of measurement, measuring tools, understanding and comparing length, and estimating length — all essential skills for second graders.
I especially appreciate the inclusion of strategy-based anchor charts for each standard. These provide strong visual support for students and reinforce problem-solving strategies in a meaningful way. The targeted worksheets allow for focused practice, while the included assessments make tracking student mastery simple and organized.
The unit builds conceptual understanding by helping students work confidently with feet, inches, and centimeters, rather than just memorizing procedures. Everything is clearly designed to deepen understanding and support skill development.
If you’re looking for a comprehensive, ready-to-implement measurement unit that saves planning time and supports student success, this resource is an excellent choice.
