Characters, Settings, & Events Hero Escape Room – Google Slides & Printable 4th

Characters, Settings, & Events Hero Escape Room – 4th Grade

⭐ This 4th grade characters, settings, and events superhero escape room is a truly immersive experience. Students work their way to building the ultimate superhero squad. In this escape room, students complete four unique challenges. Each challenge requires students to use standards-based characters, settings, and events skills. Students will work on identifying details about the characters, settings, and events, evaluating how characters’ settings, and events add to a story, using knowledge or characters, settings, and events, and practice these skills in a multi-paragraph story. Students add their answers to the Secret Superhero Decoder Tool to help them unlock the secret codes and complete each challenge. Students recruit members of the superhero squad to earn a super squad leader certificate.

⭐Comes in both digital Google Slides and printable versions, so it’s perfect for classroom and distance learning. In the digital version, the Secret Decoder is a Google Sheet that self corrects and tells each student when they can continue to the next challenge.

⭐ Integrated videos, thematic items, and a superhero recruitment storyline come together to engage students while developing and enforcing character, setting, and event skills.

*Please note: This does include embedded videos that are hosted via YouTube. Please ensure you and your students have access to YouTube.
