Any of MagiCore’s field trips are worth the small amount I pay for them. They have videos, thoughtful questions, and keep my students fully engaged. I highly recommend these to any educator.

I utilized this resource with my combined 5-6 grade classroom. Overall, I will definitely be using this resource again as a fun and engaging Halloween/Fall Festival activity! It took my students over an hour to complete the slideshow. We didn’t have any major problems with the slideshow (and I think the ones we did have, such as missing text boxes, were operator errors, Ha!) The only big question my kiddos had were about the stickers they were supposed to find and place on the “ofrenda” table. They weren’t sure which images they were supposed to copy and paste there, so maybe an update would be to place a small note stating “collect your sticker” or some such. 🙂 This was a very small problem, which we rectified by just picking an image we thought would make a good offering and pasting it on the table. Problem resolved!

Use this resource if you need something fun for Halloween, you won’t be sorry! 🙂
